Marketing Executive at the 4 star "Gloria Hotel in Dubai Internet City"
Job Synopsis: Responsible for assisting the Marketing and Communications Manager in the organization of events and seeking related sponsorship to cover all expenses while bringing revenue to the Hotel. Duties and Responsibilities: * Assists the Marketing and Communications Manager in maintaining and implementing an effective filing & administrative system for all matters related to sponsorship and event organization. * Identifies and maintain a general database of potential sponsors for all events and target specific ones related to each event separately. * Keen negotiating skills to handle potential sponsors and ultimately close advantageous arrangements. * Self motivator and outgoing enabling to socialize and meet with potential sponsors and clients. * Writing skills to formulate all correspondence related to the sponsorship proposals, negotiations and letters of thank s and appreciation. * Assists the Marketing and Communications Manager in handling the events with the concerned departments within the Hotel to make sure that all branding for sponsors is as agreed in contracts. * Responsible for all materials provided by the sponsors. * Assists the Marketing and Communications Manager to maintain an effective working relationship with all members of target media, electronic and print, local, national and international to encourage and maximize coverage of all events and promotions. * Hosts members of the media, strategic partners and top clients at the property’s functions and events. * Assists the Marketing and Communications Manager in the production of all promotional material, including gathering of supporting data and collateral material. * Takes photographs of all internal functions, Banquet and Conference functions and VIP’s in the hotel visiting.

Sales Manager (Leisure/Travel Trade)
Job Synopsis: Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales, implements all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in his / her specific area of responsibility. General Tasks and Responsibilities: * To generate and maintains customers of defined accounts / areas through sales activities (face to face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment) . * To maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales, telephone, fax, written communications. * To ensure comprehensive & complete coverage of own portfolio covering all levels of accounts’ managerial & departmental executives for a comprehensive client servicing, achieving targets and maximum productivity. * To implement & executes all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set. * To solicit and serves transient and group business & meetings. * To formulate corporate offer letters and yearly contracts and any other required business correspondence.

Job Synopsis: Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director Of Sales, Senior Sales Managers, Sales Managers, in coordination with the Area Director Of Sales & Marketing, implements all sales activities in his / her area of responsibility. General Tasks and Responsibilities: • To generate and maintains customers of defined accounts / areas through sales activities (face to face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment) • To maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales, telephone, fax, written communications. • To ensure comprehensive & complete coverage of own portfolio covering all levels of accounts’ managerial & departmental executives for a comprehensive client servicing, achieving targets and maximum productivity • To implement & executes all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set • To solicit and serves transient and group business & meetings • To formulate corporate offer letters and yearly contracts and any other required business correspondence • To ensure that the response to any business request is actioned within 24 hours • To promote and produces sales leads for other Gloria Hotels outside of coverage area. • To provide feedback to the Director Of Sales & Marketing / Director Of Sales / Senior Sales Managers / Sales Managers on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone and direct mail, in his / her market areas. • To arrange site inspections of hotel. • To disseminate sales related information to other departments as appropriate. • To attend all pre & post – conference meetings, as required, arranged by the Event’s Management Department • To follow up with the Events Management Team after the post – event meeting with Thank You calls and send Thank You Letters • To handle incoming calls and ensures messages are taken and details are forwarded to the person/s concerned • To attend departmental & communication meeting as requested • To attend major events in hotel & city as requested by Department Head • To maintain an up to date account & contact database and details in property management system. • To ensure comprehensive and up to date knowledge of properties’ unique selling points, features, amenities, services and policies. • To ensure that selling strategies are adhered to during negotiations and maximizes up selling opportunities whenever possible. • To ensure that Gloria Hotels Sales & Marketing Policies and Standard Operational Procedures are adhered to at all times. • To closely coordinate and communicate with outbound sales office with regards to accounts/markets those are serviced by Outbound Sales.

E-Commerce Executive at the 4-star "Gloria Hotel in Dubai Internet City"
Job Synopsis: Assist in the development and implementation of ecommerce projects for the company. Responsible for project management and administration of these projects. Assist in the definition and management of the project scope, determines project goals and outcomes, assemble and validate technology and capital resources, and measure and report performance. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: * Monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact for all internal website queries. * Create & maintain website content and and ensure all content is up to date and ensure all pages, products & prices on the site are correct, updated and in line with trading at all times. * Create & implement tactical offers to support specific products and target specific market * Responsible for creating high lead converting landing pages, news articles and keyword rich pages. * Assist in day to day management of PPC campaigns implementation & monitoring. * Assist in day to day management of SEO strategy, implementation & monitoring. * Manage day to day social media implementation. * Co-ordinate all website activity with international 3rd party partners.Attends division and general meetings whenever required.
